- Sunday Sept 2nd; 9.30am-12.30pm: Yoga for HIPsters. The hips are essentially an area that forms part of the pelvis; our core. This is a great workshop for anyone who wants to explore postures that help to stabilise this area whilst improving flexibility and opening the hips. £30 (YHM £25)
- Sunday Sept 23rd; 9.30am-12.30pm: The Principles & Practice of Aerodynamic Yoga. What’s the difference between Aerodynamic Yoga and other forms of yoga? We focus on energy efficiency as we move through the sequence of postures, increasing awareness of mental as well as physical obstacles to streamline our practice and help manage overall health. This workshop includes a dynamic practice and is not suitable for beginners to yoga. £30 (YHM £25)
- Sunday October 21st; 10m-1pm: The Ultimate Relaxation Experience. This ever popular workshop combines breathing, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation practices to leave you feeling physically restored and mentally refreshed. £30 (YHM £25)
- Sunday November 18th; 9.30am-12.30pm: The A.G.E. of the EGO. Ambition, Greed, Elitism. We are encouraged to feed our needy egos when all this results in is a feeling that something is literally eating away at our very core. Learn how to save your ‘SELF’ through ego balancing postures and practice. £30 (YHM £25)
