You can now book your own personalised outdoor session with your friends. Walk, Run, Jump: YOGA! helps to emphasise the fitness value of your exercise by training the body to be more efficient on its oxygen uptake. We use yoga style breathing techniques to create an oxygen deficit; your body is designed to recognise and respond to deficit so becomes more efficient at energy resourcing and you become fitter in the process.
The session lasts one hour (at a time that suits you) and has one price which is split between those who participate (max 8). So start organising your team and book your session now!
