From September 1st when I return from holiday we will be running 19 classes per week! The most we have ever run at the studio.
These will include
- The early morning Vinyasa Yoga Sessions with McKenzie to get your juices flowing, on Tuesday and Thursday at 7am-8.15am (Beginners + Intermediates)
- The calming, soothing Restorative Yoga with Tahlia on Tuesday at 9.30am-10.45am and also at 5.30pm-6.45pm (Beginners + Intermediates)
- An extra CircuIT session on Tuesday at 7pm-8.15pm. Interval Training Yoga style which includes breathing, dynamic, recovery and meditation practices.
- Mum & Baby Yoga for new mums and babies that don’t yet crawl! Tuesday 11am-12.15pm
