Here’s some great news for early birds! There are now 4 classes starting at 7am and finishing at 8.15am giving you time to grab a speedy coffee before you get to work…not that you’ll need it as your yoga practice is better than caffeine!

On Tuesday and Thursday mornings it’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga with McKenzie which is perfect for creating energy and warmth on these chilly winter mornings.

On Wednesday and Friday mornings it’s Hatha Yoga with Ieva bringing calm and focus to your day.
