As a result of the move to new studio there will be some new additions to the Yoga class timetable:
On Thursday mornings at 10am-11.15am I will be starting a new class called ‘Core Yoga’ aimed at targeting the core postural muscles of the abdomen and lower torso and on Thursday evenings at 5.30pm-6.45pm I am running a beginners class for aspiring students of Aerodynamic Yoga; The Practice.
On Saturday mornings at 10.45am-12pm I am running a classical Hatha Yoga class for beginners upwards where we examine postures, practice breathing and meditation exercises and contemplate the ancient yoga texts.
Throughout the week at lunchtimes there will be either Pit Stop Yoga classes or Midday Meditation sessions. Starting at 12.10pm-12.55pm these classes are aimed at anyone who works locally and would like to find some mind space or recharge their batteries during their lunch hour.
On Tuesdays at 5.30pm-6.45pm I will be running a Yoga for Pregnancy class aimed at expectant mothers past 12 weeks with some experience of yoga.
If you are pregnant and have been advised to start yoga for your and your baby’s health, then I will be running a 4 week Yoga for Pregnancy course for beginners on Wednesdays also at 5.30pm-6.45pm. (Price £40)
