New classes for Spring/Summer 2016

There are two new classes starting from April 2016 on the timetable.
I am bringing back the Early Bird class for Wednesday morning (7am start!) This dynamic session links postures to breath in the style of the Sun Salutation sequences although I change the postures in the sequences. First you work the postures individually then we make the sequence. It’s a lot of fun!
The second class added is an outdoors class. Walk, Run, Jump; YOGA! does what it says in the title. You are encouraged to use yoga based breathing techniques to provoke an aerobic response in a shorter time whilst improving awareness of action/reaction in response to movement. This class will run twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Friday at 6pm starting from April.
It will be necessary to book your place in both of these classes in the usual way.
