New classes for November

I am delighted to announce two new yoga classes for November suitable for both beginners and intermediates.
The first is the traditional Hatha Yoga session starting on Tuesdays at 9.30am-10.45am (starting from 7th November) which is suitable for complete beginners to yoga. Hatha Yoga incorporates elements of posture practice and breathing & meditation techniques and is a useful class for those looking to de-stress and de-clutter the mind.
The second class is Vinyasa Flow which is a dynamic style session linking posture movement to breath in a moving meditation. This class is suitable for those with some previous experience of yoga who would like to explore the dynamic style as opposed to the more static posture practice, or for anyone wanting to improve fitness and energy levels. The first Vinyasa flow class will be on Saturday 4th November.
