More Classes than ever in May!

On The Double

I have doubled up on most classes that I teach and have added The Back STR8 on Wednesday mornings at 9.30am along with The Aerodynamic signature class THE PRACTICE at 3pm on Saturdays. For beginners to The Practice you still have the option of coming to Target Practice on Wednesday at 5.30pm but you may also be interested in the new concept Aerodynamic Yoga CircuIT class at 1.30pm on Saturdays. This class is based on the idea of interval training where you repeat certain sequences throughout the class which particularly focuses on breathing techniques to enhance physical and mental practices (Aerodynamic Yoga and Meditation).

All classes are still of 75 minutes duration and £10 for an individual session (YHM discount applies). It is imperative to book your place as numbers are limited.
