Meditating for MIND

I am delighted to announce that the Saturday morning meditation sessions have so far raised over £60 for Solent MIND.
These sessions are essentially given voluntarily by the instructor and focus on breathing and meditation exercises and a guided relaxation. All attendees make a donation of their choice at the end of the 45 minute session.
We welcome anyone to these sessions whether you have previous experience of meditation or not. The aim is to introduce tools for establishing your own programme of mental health and wellbeing, and the added benefit is that you are helping others too.
Please let me know if you would like to attend a session as the studio is small so we need to know numbers in advance.
