Get Up & At ‘Em!
You know what it’s like. You go to bed the night before fully intending to get up early and practice yoga. You set your alarm. Then, when the alarm goes off you hit snooze because, well it’s only you doing the class in your living room and the bed is so warm and cosy! We’ve all been there: not in your bed!…but in this headspace, where we can so easily think of a great reason to stay where we are and no good reason to get up and roll out the mat. But now there is!
Me! Yes, I am committing to two live sessions each week from April 20th at 7am for 45 minutes. Each session will have dynamic elements to help get the juices flowing and the energy pumping! I’m going to be there for you: will you be there for me?
